I don't know if I am posting in the right place or not...this message is in regards to my Cisco phone.  My phone only rings 4 times before going into voicemail.  I would like for it to ring more times so that I have a chance to get there and answer it myself. 
Also, my recorded message disappeared from my phone and now it only says my name.  How do I get back in there to re-do my whole message?

1) Please put Lynne's voice on the auto attendant prompts
2) When is Debra's phone going to be installed?

I notice when I try to dial numbers from the phone log the phone does not automatically put a 9 in front of the number and I get the recording, "Number cannot be completed as dialed...."
